THE OPPORTUNITY

This is more than just a sales job – it’s a chance to be the foundational sales leader in a critical and exciting market. Initially, you will serve as a salesperson in your geographic area so you can learn our business, our customer base, and our industry, but you will also have the unique opportunity to build and lead a sales organization around you!

YOUR FOCUS MARKET:

  • Primary: Manufacturing and Industrial companies within a 100-mile radius of Nashville, TN; Huntsville, AL; Chattanooga, TN; and Knoxville, TN.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5-10 years of proven, successful sales experience, preferably in B2B industrial services, logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Experience leveraging a CRM like HubSpot to enable a sales organization.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

LOCATION: This role can be based in Nashville, TN or Huntsville, AL.

COMPENSATION PLAN (Designed for High Achievers!):

  • $75,000-$95,000 base compensation, depending on experience
  • Performance-based commission
