Crate Pros is excited to announce some excited news regarding our expansion in facilities as well as key additions to our leadership team.
In May 2025, Crate Pros added a facility in Knoxville, TN to better serve our customer base in Knoxville and East Tennessee. Leading that facility is Jay Chapman, our Knoxville Operations Manager. He comes to Crate Pros from Duroflex, a leading packaging provider in the Midwest, where he served in various roles, including Plant Manager.
Recent personnel updates include the promotion of Brandon Moore from Production Manager to Operations Manager in our Nashville facility in early 2025. Brandon started with Crate Pros six years ago as a crate builder, and through his hard work, dedication, and leadership, he has earned increased responsibility and is now our senior leader at our Nashville facility.
Lastly, we are excited to announce the addition of Gregg Dellert to our home office team as our Vice President of Operations. Gregg joins our team after 10 years of leadership and program management roles at Yulista Aviation & Integrated Solutions. Prior to his time at Yulista, Gregg served a distinguished 20-year career as an Army Aviation Officer, serving in different progressive roles, including helicopter pilot, contracting officer, and program manager, and retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel with numerous military honors and awards. He holds a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, an MS in Technology Management from Murray State University, and an MS in Systems Acquisition Management from the Naval Postgraduate School.
